At Graphizy we want you to be happy. So, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a 30-day refund guarantee.

You can get the full refund within 30 days from the purchase date, if and when, you didn’t get to use the service, that is, you haven't downloaded any resource.

You can only request the refund of the current billing period. Please note that previous subscriptions cannot be refunded.

Please bear in mind that to edit our resources you need specific graphics editor software. We recommend Adobe Illustrator for vectors and Adobe Photoshop for photos and PSD files

It is important that you send the refund request from the email address linked to your Graphizy account in order to authorize it. If possible, please include the payment ID so we can complete the process as quickly as possible.

If you don't remember the email address linked to your Premium account, please provide us with the following details in order to find your payment:

Subscriptions Plans

Graphizy currently offers 2 Premium subscriptions options:

• 1 month Premium Plan: this is the monthly subscription and it will be renewed every month, unless you cancel the automatic renewal option.
• 12 months Premium plan: this is the annual subscription, which is charged in one lump sum and it will be renewed every 12 months, unless you cancel the automatic renewal option.

DOUBLE PURCHASE
